Dr. Edmond Fernandes, MBBS, MD, PGD-PHSM, is the CEO of the CHD Group, India Country Office. He is a Community Health Physician with global health expertise who has written 2 books, has 19 research publications, 17 public policy advocacy impacting 2 million people and written over 160 articles in the print and electronic media. He is a Non Resident Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council, Washington DC. He was the US State Department Legislative Fellow 2017 (Only doctor from India to be selected in 2017) & the Urban Health Collaborative Visiting Scholar at Drexel University Dornsife School of Public Health, Philadelphia, US and is Member – Health Task Force, DDMA, Government of Karnataka.
