I would suggest a single and interactive E-portal for every research agency across India.
Following are the stated benefits of it:
1) Researcher can identify and connect to another researchers having common interest.
2) Redundant funding can be avoided by identifying different research topics having similar objectives.
3) Increased multi-disciplinary approach
4) Quick response from superiors
5) Identification of multiple funding sources
6) Research Data Archive
