My opinion for new science and technology policy 2020 must be concentrated to practical work in every branch in science like- engeeniering,b.sc.,and every branch of science, because at that time the practical work is very poor condition in india, the science is mainly dependent and growthed by the creativity and it’s came to practical work, so my humbly request to indian goverment to strictly started experimental study better.
