Dear Sir/madam,

I have the following concerns as a PhD scholar:
1. Covid19 caused delay in research and progress by the PhD fellows of the final year.Whether we will get 6 month extension with fellowship or not?As we are financially and mentally exhausted.
2.Due to current situation, who all are completing their doctoral now or from March to this pandemic ends, the chances of getting job is very difficult.
3.after completing PhD,most of us keep our eyes to foreign universities.this year it will not happen. So, whether the post doc positions should increase for this year while looking into situations
4.as an women researcher, whether we should not get some more relaxation,because we have to deal with various challenges

I think government should keep these points and take immediate actions.
