Had a good session. Best wishes to all.Collective efforts are required to create an all inclusive and more science minded society for everybody’s benefit.Just we can not pass the buck to others.
There should be a system in all research organizations/academic institutions for evaluating teachers/science leaders/administrative heads by the students/researchers/scientists in a structured format.
Early career scientists should be given full opportunity to utilize their domain of expertise within the ambit of the organizations goals and targets. Otherwise all the resources spent on trainings and fellowships go waste.
